Buy good bulbs and dimmer switch!! You either need an electrician or someone mechanically smart to install this. If you buy good bulbs and a dimmer switch, (which, why wouldn’t you) those things will cost more than chandelier itself. It is way too bright with regular bulbs with no dimmer as you can see from other reviews. I couldn’t take it even with the leds. Trust me, you will want to be able to adjust brightness. Seems pretty good for them money, though didn’t fully install… Product came undamaged and on time. I attached a picture showing the approximate dimension across (seems to be around 28 inches). The down road is extendable to almost 2 feet, though I’d guess you’d lose some of that to the upward pointed lamps.When assembling it, we noticed that some of the cloth coverings were frayed, probably from shipping movement. If we would have kept it, we would have put electrical tape on the frayed pieces to make sure nothing shorted inside the metal…
