The one I received did not include instructions and the smaller package the LEDs were in was stapled shut as though the fixture had been returned. The wires I needed to attach kept slipping out of the harness over and over and over again. When I finally got them to stay, I discovered that because of the ridiculously awkward design, it is impossible to get the screws to align properly so there’s no way to install it.
