Looks great. Well made. Parts are available by calling company. Installed today. Looks great. Well made. Inside the package was a single sheet of paper with instructions for purchasing replacement parts. I had to work hard to make it level, making one chain shorter by crimping one of the chain’s single links that are used to hang it from. I twisted it and crimped it shorter and for this I deducted a star. Very happy with it. Also added a dimmer because the clear glass globes put the lights in your eyes. Also, I bought new dimmable LED bulbs to keep the heat…
Awesome Customer Service! Love this light! It is beautiful but that is not why I am giving it a 5. When we installed this we immediately broke a globe (they are easy to break). So I contacted Allen Roth to buy a replacement and they sent me one free of charge! Then I was clumsy and broke another one. So I just got off the phone with the intention of buying one and they are sending me another one absolutely free. This company has excellent customer service and I think you should buy this lamp for that reason…
