Nice but… The lights are beautiful and performs adequately. However, I will note a drawback with this particular configuration. The biggest problem is the remote. Why do you need a remote for a ceiling fan, and if a company is feels compelled to offer a remote control why then make the unit ONLY work with that remote. Good fan, hard to hang First, I want to say that I really like this fan. It’s beautiful and puts out a lot of air. The remote is a really nice feature. I’m still trying to figure out where to keep it in my room to get the best use out of it.All of that said, holy crap was this thing difficult to hang. The directions were a bit hard to follow, so my SO and I struggled with construction. The part that attaches to the ceiling was so tight that we couldn’t get the ball into the socket to hang it.
