The fan had a mechanical issue but the company went above and beyond to correct the issue!!! The fan stopped working. The remote will not operate the light or the fan. The manufacturer sent the parts to correct the problem but that still means I’m out $150 plus the price of the fan. I had an electrician install the fan for $50, he charged $50 when it stopped working and then another $50 when I had him come and install the replacement parts. Good Quality for cost Easy one person install in Livingroom with our Vaulted ceiling. Only minor glitch is our ceiling being so hig required an 18″ extension, so I looked at Amazon site and couldn’t find one made by Anderson Light, so I purchased one made by Hunter Fans, unfortunate but doable as the Hunter has the threaded end at the Fan end where the Pin attaches to it, so it hangs slightly to one side (not too noticeable as I seem to be the one who notices).
