UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!!! Received these lights last year and they were fine until our electrician opened the boxes to find that some of the hardware was missing. We purchased 5 lights at once from this company and we are very unhappy with 2 of them. We had to spend addition money to purchase some of the hardware to have this installed. The chain and the piece that covers the plate that it hangs from.My advice open and inspect every one of your before you end up like us!Once again we lost…
Love it! But HARD to install I’m in love with the actual product, as it looks AMAZING! They send a super long chain with the light, so you can definitely hang it in any porch area – even if t’s vaulted. The problem I had – that chain is NOT easy to decrease in length. It took me FOREVER to open the links to remove the excess. Lots of patience, some really good tools (I had 2 vice grips) and lots of personal strength to twist.
