well built, easy to install really nice item. installation was straightforward and pretty easy. i was able to do it solo, though i recommend having someone around to help you out. side note: our upstairs neighbor just bought a treadmill and has positioned it seemingly directly above this fixture, and despite the thunderous noise and vibrations, it has not fallen from our ceiling. yet.i hate that guy. i mean, nothing says “i couldn’t care less about the people living below me” than buying a treadmill…
