Not as advertised — and poor customer service. I had to splice together 2 pieces of CBConcept SMD 3528 rope light that I got a while back to remove a section that was accidentally damaged. I cut out the damaged parts up to the 19″ point where you can see L30 and R1 written. When I lined up the pins to the wire inside, it seemed that to make it work better, it would help to bring the pins a bit closer to each other. Doing so helped align it better with the wires inside and after that it was just a but of pressure and wiggling. The same on…
