As described and easy to install… Just what we were looking for. Small footprint both in diameter and depth/height. Replaced a light that was about 7 inches tall in a hallway leading down to our basement. Due to the stairs and the height of the ceiling, we were constantly hitting that light when carrying large items. This light solves that problem perfectly. LED rather than fluorescent as well and matches color of a another light at the base of the stairs. Only been in place for a week or so. Cannot speak to long term…
