Do not buy unless your j-box accepts mounting screws exactly 3.5″ apart. I wasted hours trying to install these lights! I’m giving the Cloudy Bay LMFFM712840WH 7.5 inch LED Ceiling light 1 star review because it is impossible to install this light in a standard 35.” round new/old work ceiling box. The mounting screws are 3.5″ apart. Most light fixtures will include a mounting bar, circle bracket, or universal adapter. I wasted hours. The company that makes this light would … This light from this light fixture is bright and even. I find it very pleasing. I am giving this product 3 stars, instead of 5, because of the difficulty in installation. In the back of the fixture are two holes 3.5″ apart that are meant to mate with two screws (provided) that are attached to the lighting cross bar (not provided). I went to several hardware stores and still could not find a lighting cross bar that have threaded holes with this separation. I even bought a Westinghouse…
