Beautiful product, customer service could use some attention. The chandelier was simply stunning. It was time consuming to put together, but worth it. One piece was broken when it arrived so I called the “5 Star Hotline” number provided. The only reason I did not give this 5 stars is because the customer service over the telephone was terrible.
