This Pretty Chandelier comes with strings of Crystals(retangular/square crystals in strings, round ball crystals in strings) already, Securely Wrapped and fairly easy to install—Each strand is wrapped individually with number labeled,what you need to do is to simply hang on each strings to the plate, Once they are complete it looks amazing and pictures of it just don’t do it justice.Actually all the chandeliers sold by SST Ltd come with strings of crystals, almost all crystals are attached to the strings already..

* Would suggest to remove the protective plastic film from the stainless steel mounting plate when installing it onto the ceiling.

However, when ordering you can expect to receive damaged crystals and/or missing strings that the crystals hang on. Although the seller is very responsive and wants to help, he is located in HONG KONG and somewhat slow in getting replacement pieces sent out, unless of course you get it directly from Amazon. Good Result, Brutal Installation Final product looks amazing, but installation in a 2-story foyer was nearly impossible. There are 140 wires of varied length to hang from tiny metal loops on the flat chrome plate. Those tiny loops are free spinning. (!) The wires attach by thin, tiny key rings.
