I’ve bought a bunch of these lights now, as installing them is much easier than dealing with the full cans for standard recessed lights. It also allows me to place them in places I wouldn’t normally be able to fit a can due to joist or other obstruction. My biggest complaint is that the J-Box cover does not come off – it opens, but when trying to work above your head to get wires in and capped off, it would be a whole lot easier without the cover constantly closing on your fingers.
