Extra Effort Rewarded Product is great. But one needs to know that some effort is necessary to install them. These blades come with no means of attachment, We removed each of the wood fan blades, and attached the palms to each blade with velcro strips and liquid nails adhesive. Two of the 3 screws at the fan blade bracket went through the palm when reassembled. Longer screws may be needed to compensate for the additional thickness of the palm on some fans.
