4 stars They were right on previous comments that it is plastics. I knew that it would not be real crystals for the price of the chandelier, but I was expecting would be a little better off than plastics. Assembling it is not a problem. The only thing is that we are missing few links so we have to put together links that will not be too obvious. After it is hang up on my entry way it looks nice and does not look cheap at all.
