I have installed many fixtures and I even had a professional electrician around for this install and neither of us found the mou I would have given 4+ stars for how the light looks and functions but the mounting was very difficult due to the included bracket. For some reason the bracket on the 10 inch has a cross pattern that limits the positions that the light can clip in. It is no larger or stronger than the bracket on the 8 inch model or the 6 inch model for that matter both of which have a circular opening that is much easier to work with. Shipping was fast and on time but the difficulty getting it to stay flush…
Excellent LED Light! Excellent LED light! We installed it in an entryway by the door to access the garage where a lot of lighting is required. There’s plenty of lighting without being glaring.The only hassle was the installation; it was not easy to align the tabs on the fixture to the slots on the locking ring attached to the ceiling box. It requires a twist to lock in place, but this unit is so flush to the ceiling it took some 10 minutes or so to get it. Good thing this is an LED light, I won’t have…
