Good idea, poor execution. The light bulbs that come with it run too hot. The metal housing heats up and is too hot to adjust (it feels like you grabbed a baking dish out of the oven with no pot hokders). The circular housing that holds the wires has no stabilizing structure built inside. You can spin the whole fixture 360 degrees until the wires pull away from the power supply. The circular wire housing is also too small to cover a standard square electrical box. My home is older and they used a square electrical box…
