The retaining clips are a nightmare, but excellent outside of that THE SHORT OF ITThe only negative about this fixtures is the four clips which hold the fixture in place. They’re a real bugger to be sure. I had to bend most of them to get them to lock in place. However, there is a very narrow window that the clips can lock in, so you end up with a lot of trial and error to get the bent shape correct. These are nice remodel cans Many reviewers complained of difficulty with the retaining clips. My problem is that of the two fixtures I purchased, one fixture had only two of the four clips required! The other one had all four, so I split the difference and gave each one three clips. But that’s not the worst of it. Both fixtures arrived bent and misshapen due to improper handling and packaging at Amazon. I didn’t feel like returning them because I needed them right away. So I bent them back into shape and made them…
