Two bad fans out of the box hot to the touch and burning smell. The first one we bought had a burning smell and the entire fan was hot to the touch. The fan is dead quiet on high but a very bad burning smell and scalding hot to touch the motor assembly or the LED light. Called the support number on the cover of the manual. I was told that was the wrong number and they proceeded to give me a new number which was the same as the number on the manual. Eventually found out that another company makes this fan and stamps the home decorators branding on it…
