Was expecting better quality from Hunter The first fan I received I spent about 3 hours installing. Turned it on and all I got was a buzzing sound. Got hold of their support people and they said I should return it. Sounded like it had a bad capacitor. Returned and got another fan, this time it installed much quicker, as I now knew the procedure. I am fairly pleased with this fan, except for the fact that after spending some time trying to balance it, I still get a lot of wobble at the highest speed. Finally gave up and settled for med…
HUNTER FAN – great looking fan, quiet and does the job Husband spent about 2 hours on this and he has installed many many in 50 yrs of marriage. We have owned many rentals, and have moved many times – 1. This is not for a low ceiling as stated. It does not go flat up against the ceiling. He adjusted and got that problem worked out only to get to very end and have 2 screws missing to attach the trim piece up. So…..out to workshop and he found 2 screws.You need patience for this if you have low ceilings. This went into an old…
