Nice looking, parts well packaged, smelled for a couple of days Has clean-looking, solid plastic fan blades. The (many) smaller parts were packed in individual plastic bags symbol-coded to the installation phase used in, simplifying installation. The instructions were clear. Once installed and turned on, the fan produced a noticeable chemical/oily smell that made me consider returning it. Left on high in a closed room with all windows open, the smell went away over two days. If you get one of these, I would not recommend sleeping in the room until the smell…
