Not the usual “builder” grade I got two of these for a room which already had a ton of can lights so I didn’t need/want integrated lights. The only difference I can see from the other Hunter fans i installed was that there was a little more assembly required– the grommets and screws to mount the blades to the brackets were not pre-installed in the brackets like our other fans. Not a big deal.After install, they work great. Totally silent motors. One fan was perfectly balanced out of the box; I had to add one…
