Works great but has a “smell” Beautiful fan but after installation we let the fan run on high for about 4 hours and now my upstairs smells like plastic. After doing a little googling, apparently this is common with the Hunter fans but very discerning. It doesn’t smell like burning but definitely smells toxic. Gave me an immediate headache and I turned the fan off, which kinda defeats the purpose now doesn’t it. We expected LED’s and received what looked like incandescent bulbs with the fan, but looking at the online description again and without taking it apart to check, I guess they must be LED bulbs.It proved impossible for our electrician to get it to work connect to both remote and wall controls. We had to disconnect all but on/off from the wall. The sliders for fan and light worked, or the remote worked, but not both.The fan looks good, and is quiet. Just be aware that it…
