Instructions for fixing dimming feature I installed 2 fans and initially the dimming feature did not work for either fan, even with the GU24 to E26 adapters and dimmable LED bulbs installed. (Dimming will not work with the included CFL bulbs, as other reviewers have noted.) I finally got it to work by cycling through the instructions for troubleshooting “CFL bulbs flicker” in the manual for the remote, which I found online. Attractive and quiet fan but uninformed customer service Attractive and quiet fan and, except for a missing screw or two, easy to assemble. However, customer service was unable to answer my questions about whether different bulbs are available (the warm white bulbs that came with the fan were too bright) and how I could take advantage of the dimmable light feature mentioned in the fan/light manual.
