Horrible customer service for a simple replacement. Three of the chrome nuts and screws which hold the blades together were defective. The screw was too short to allow a proper grip on the nut part. Called customer service which was as horrible as the wait. To send the replacement units (probably averaging less than $2.00), we had to speak to three different representatives, and make two separate calls. A great fan as long as you don’t need it to move air I love Hunter ceiling fans, have installed several over the years, and will only buy Hunter fans in the future. The motors are quiet and they last forever. I’ve never had to replace Hunter fan because it was worn out. Contrast this with junk fans like Harbor Breeze.
