fan is gorgeous, but hunter customer service is horrible. i spent hours on the phone before purchase to ensure that I could use wifi light bulbs in the fan. of course, it doesn’t work in the end. so then trying to get my light to “dim”. their customer service was some of the worst i have experienced. could barely understand her. had to ask them to repeat the question 3 and 4 times. the “resetting” instructions were very vague. seemed like the first time she had…
