Reboxed or refurbushed? Refurbished probably means reboxedð. Installed and light went working. Hot wire for lighting kit had no juiceðð if I wasn’t a bit electrically savvy, I would’ve had to take it all down… took me 2 hours to install… probably another hour to take down and one more to try to rebox. So, what did I do? Got my tester out and find that there was no juice getting to lights. Followed it back to the blue light kit wire… no juice. Wasn’t going to remove all the blades to get into the canopy and see…
Ceiling/fan and light is very beautiful and unique (only 1 available). This was good but, unfortunatrly we had an issue of a cple peices of hardware missing. Due to this being 1 of a kind they were unable ro replace the missing hardware. They refunded us “saying they were sorry for inconvience”. I said my husband worked a lot but, was willing to make parts himself at his next time available. They were plesed he cld do that so we cld still have the fan we loved. They were still…
