Primary install (installing ceiling fan box in attic and installing the physical fan) was relatively painless an took about 1.5 hours. I received good service from the factory customer service department, who replaced the remote control and receiver, but the function still did not work, I contacted a retailer, FanDiego who gave me the phone number of a fan guru who they thought could resolve the problem.
