works I installed this on a Hunter “Mariner” fan. I assumed that because it is the same color, same basic style, the names are somewhat close, and the description says that it “fits most outdoor fans” that it would work. It will not fit if you plan on using the pull cord to turn on/off and change speeds. The speed selector cord comes out of the bottom of the switch housing at a 45 degree angle that will not allow mounting of this light. I had to take the cap off the speed selector and…
Nice, Stylish Light Kit Works very well with the Hunter fan I bought for it. Too bad there is not a way to post a picture of the installed item with this review.The only two things I don’t care for are:1. It requires four screws that go straight in from below to remove the lens and change the bulbs. However, the compact fluorescent bulbs included should last a very long time. Also you would not want to use anything else but those kinds of bulbs, since the lens is plastic – an incandescent bulb…
