Trial and error but they did fit in my Hunter fans. I have 18 year older Hunter fans in my entire house. The Fans work great but the globes needed to be updated so I ordered these and the linen globes also sold on Amazon. The linen globes worked and fit perfectly but these did not. My fans have 3 globes each and with trial and error I did get three to fit. The fourth globe would not fit in any of the spaces. With trying them in different sockets the globes di not make it without a few chips to the glass where they slide into the fan…
