Great fan at a decent price I bought two of these to replace two existing ceiling fans, one of which quit working after around 15 years. I was honestly glad it quit working because it’s in our master bedroom and was somewhat noisy. Since we leave our ceiling fans on all the time and I’m a light sleeper, that was a problem. I wish I’d chosen this model 3 fans ago. Very quiet and attractive fan, installation takes time I bought this fan for a fairly small family room (approx. 12 feet x 13 feet) to replace a light fixture. I was concerned that the fan might look too large for the room, but it looks just fine and runs so quietly at low speed that I sometimes forget that it’s on.I installed it by myself, and it was pretty much an all day job by the time I got tools organized and then cleaned everything up.
