The product comes with the instructions modified from previous product model of the similar kind. Two screws on the motor housing are unfastened due to damaged female-side threads and factory overtightening. One ground wire is missing on the canopy. The right most picture on page 4 is missing one more wire (ground); should have totally 4 wires dropping off the ceiling.
