Stunning and super quiet I was replacing an existing ceiling fan that died. Had looked online at the ‘home’ stores and couldn’t find one i liked. Looks great! Quiet and very easy installation The Contempo is a great ceiling fan. I already have 4 others installed by the previous owner and I wanted to add another one to an office space to match so I purchased and and installed this one myself. Fan operates very quietly and the Mrs. loves the appearance. Only negative is that the fan remote is kind of ugly.Make sure to place the fan at the proper height per Hunter’s chart with rod extensions for optimal air flow. This replaced a 20 year old fan that died. This is a really nice fan. More modern. Very quiet. I would give it 5 stars except the installation was a bear. My husband installed it and lots of sweating and swearing ensued. The issues was a ton of wires and the remote receiver box needed to be shoved into the fan housing which was not easy to do over your head. Definitely a two person job.
