Excellent Customer Service The product itself is great (as you can see from the other reviews), however, of the 9 orders I purchased, 2 of them had the correct female orange connector while the rest had a male connector. Since the connection from the light fixtures are male, obviously this meant that the rest of my leds could not be installed that day. Does not compare to the name brand retro kits. I’m going to review these against some name brand retro lights of the same wattage and color temperature. There really is a huge difference, much more than I was expecting. The name brand lights have the LEDs set up behind the light cover much further and seem to have a reflector to aim the light down. The Hyperikon’s have the LEDs mounted flush against the light cover so the light spreads out immediately off the bottom of the light and has horrible glare. I’m talking glare to the point it’s…
