The mounting bracket is too big for the electrical box but you can aquire one at Amazon [[ASIN:B00ZA2WBH8 Harbor Breeze Ceiling The Finxin customer service has contacted me after this review, They are apparently new to the US market and offered to acquire and send any parts I need to make me happy. They also are going to look into making changes to their next generation of fans to fix some of these issues. So I will say they have great customer service. I can’t say I would buy this again. Not impressed. Got this today however couldn’t put it up today. Came with a mounting bracket that doesn’t go with the fan. No safety pen for the drop rod. However there are two wall anchors in with the screws n such (there is no need for wall anchors.). I will be making a trip to the hardware store to see if I can get the missing parts. If not I will be returning it. The instructions show a completely different bracket then what comes with the fan . Which the one that comes with the fan will not work as it is…
