I purchased the fan and installed it today. There is a loud friction sound that is coming from the motor assembly. Is this a faulty fan? I’m considering requesting a replacement, but I’d like to know first if there is something I can do to fix the noise and if this is just the way this fan operated.Two days later….the noise got much worse.
