Hookup wire guage seems way too small., Fixture looks great and installed fine ….However, I am concerned about the gauge of hookup wire that the fixture was wired with. The hookup wires from the fixture that connect to your household wiring appear to be 20 or maybe even 22 gauge wire (more like low voltage 12 volt hookup wire for sprinkler system or low voltage cabinet wiring) rather than 16 or 18 gauge wire suitable for 120 volt systems. Not sure this wire would meet many local building codes and considering it powers three 60…
decent materials, poor design and assembly. Be prepare to futz with it. This light is poorly designed and poorly constructed. There were two major flaws:1. The back panel is barely large enough to cover the junction box. It was not large enough to cover a 1/4″ gap between the drywall and the junction box (left by the rotozip), and now I need to repair and re-paint the wall.2. the three arms were not assembled straight, including at the soldered/welded joints just before the light sockets and where they were bolted to the back plate.
