Works well and produces very bright white light This is a decent light for the price but fair warning, it produces VERY bright white light when installed. I used two of these in my hallway and I had to put one of them on a dimmer switch because the light was so bright and white. Super bright and classy These are attractive non-chincy looking lights. But beware, they are ultra bright! I happen to love that, but if you like mood lighting and don’t have them on a dimmer, you might not bre pleased. So where as you might need two such lights in a room with a 10-foot ceiling, you’re only going to need one. Really bright! I bought two of these to replace some older brass fixtures. They arrived promptly and were packed pretty well – no issues with packaging. These went together smoothly (read the instructions that tell you to pre-size the dome attachment!). I’m really amazed at how bright these are. The LED color is pretty white-white.
