Nice light, but terrible cutomer service… If you receive everything and no problems.. This is a good buy. BUT, if you have damage or defective parts, You are in big trouble. This company has a very sly, but effective way of never answering the phone, never calling you back and never answering emails. They SAY they will, but NEVER do. Just try to get a live body… It’s gone on for over a week… I’d send the whole thing back but it is 90% put together and we are in limbo with much furniture moved etc and need to get this done for an…
Beautiful Light, Outstanding Customer Service The light is exactly what I wanted at a very reasonable price (compared to other products that look exactly the same). It came properly packaged and was relatively easy to install.The only difficulty we had was with installing the glass. It was a bit tricky and stressful. I kept thinking we were going to break the glass. Tip: The black tabs can be difficult to pull back, but don’t be afraid to push them down. The tabs have two sides (probably just easy manufacturing design)…
