The highly efficient light fixture uses 24 mid-power LEDs and generates 1000 Lumens using only 12-Watts. This light features an exit sensor for coverage beneath the sensor when exiting the home, a manual override with reset and photcell adjustments for desired level of darkness, when sensor is activated. This unit installs easily on most surface areas including eave or wall mounting, and features a unique swivel along with vertical and horizontal rotation for optimal coverage.

Perfect fit for under eave mounting I got 2 of these to replace old halogen bulb motion lights. Don’t be fooled by the size of these lights because they seem alot brighter than the huge halogen flood lamps. Also these mount perfectly under the eaves whereas many others are only designed for wall mounting.Installation was extremely easy. Bright light and easy to mount I connected the fixture under my overhang with ease. Adjusting the sensitivity of it, however, was a time-consuming task. The light would seemingly go off and on at its own. In the end, I found that my home broadband signal was activating the light to come on every time I tapped to enter on my iPhone.
