Great addition to my fan! I purchased two of these to go with my two “Minka Aire F546-BS Brushed Steel/silver Ceiling Fan”s, which were sold without light fixtures.This installed fairly easily, although I recommend using the chain pull that comes with this light kit for the fan, and visa versa. The longer chain pull from the fan helps with the installation, as you have to thread the chain pull through the nickel cap, then the frosted glass, attach the chain pull, and then screw in the washer/nut for the…
Universal fit – I think it can be mounted on most fans without too much hassle Looks nice an almost provides as much light as the old 4 light fixture it replaced. I wanted a reasonably priced LED replacement fan light that would work with our 20+ year old Hunter ceiling fan in the dining room. Took about a half hour to mount. The pull string that operates the fan just plain sucks – the bead style chain is impossible to use without getting a ladder and pulling from above the glass shade. For me it is still worth it though.
