Rotates freely when installed. Good looking light and seemingly well constructed. I do have an issue with the fact that the light rotates s bit too easily. I installed this fixture over a 72″ x 30″ rectangular table. Looks good, but I would preferred that the light was less likely to move off center from the table. Does not seem to be a way to make the fixture more secure. Also, I might make note that the assembly is not very straightforward in that you need to be comfortable threading 18 guage wires through the…
