I ordered these adapters to convert 2 pendant lights. All the pieces you need are included. These adapters just come in a bag with no directions, but it’s pretty simple to figure it out. Black to black, white to white and green to green. The only piece I couldn’t figure out was the little clear plastic oval. It looks like some kind of wire harness, but I didn’t need it.
