Super easy installation — wish I’d done this years ago. No fixture mount required — you just plug it in! I’m glad I had read the other reviews first and was thus prepared for the lack of directions. The trick to putting these up easily is to a) realize that you don’t need the base thing that would mount into a ceilng fixture, and b) make sure you find the very small widget, wrapped in plastic, that is used to connect the two tracks.
