Looks great and works fine out of the box Everything was included to mount in multiple configurations. We chose drop mount and purchased a 36″ drop rod from Lowes which fit fine. There was not an exact color match to the matte dark pewter color of this fan so we chose a matte black drop rod and it looks fine. The fan is also balanced quite well with no additional work needed. Lights are a soft yellow LED and not super bright but fine for a bedroom. The only weird thing with this fan is the fan pull controls the 3 speeds in order…
The fan and light are perfect BUT, we NEEDED the remote to work due to physical limitations of occupant. The remote won’t even fit into the base so WHY advertise that there’s a remote…there IS one but it’s clearly not fit for THIS fan. We paid a professional to come install and he couldn’t complete installation without leaving OUT the remote. Another trip would have cost us $125 … very disturbing. HOW CAN THIS BE REMEDIED ???
