A very easy-to-use 3 pin solderless flexible strip light connector designed to joint two segment of non-waterproof strip light in between. It simplify led strip connection into two steps that can be done by hand even without tools, which free you from difficult and dangerous soldering iron operation. Using pierce-to-contact technology,you can just place strip light into holder of connector and press cover down to lock it, the sharp copper pin will go through FPCB of led tape light and get connected to circuit.

Normal Non-waterproof Dimmable LED strip like SMD3528,SMD2835,SMD5050,SMD5630 and SMD3014,etc. Digital chasing LED strip like WS2811,WS2812 and WS2812B,1903,SK6812,etc. Other IP20 LED tape light as long as it is 10mm wide with 3 solder pads on FPCB.
SPECIAL NOTE: If your LED strip light is waterproof by PURE SILICON coating ,this connector can still work without stripping silicon coating.

robust design but aligning wires in the connector was time consuming. I had very high hopes for these, because I really don’t like breathing solder fumes all that much. And on large projects it’s not healthy. The first time I used these, about 18 of them, with 22 gauge stranded wires, I found:1. All of the connections were sound and solid on the first try :)2. I bought these to connect 10mm weatherproof single-color light strips to 20 ga wire, and it worked fine. I had to cut the light strip back a little farther than the cut line to ensure good contact. I also exposed the 3M tape, peeling back the cover. I was able to close the clear top of the connector by hand, so I literally only used scissors for tools.
