Great kit, except for the decorative trim. Straight forward installation. Works great. However I do not like the bulky white trim. It interfered with the canopy that has screws on the sides instead of the bottom. I would have preferred something more modern looking and less bulky. A flat piece of trim would be a great addition to the kit.I recommend using a right angle flex shaft for installation of the self taping screws in the can (https://amzn.com/B013UBXU3E). A perfect “fix” if you want to convert some (or all) or your can lights to ceiling/pendant lights. Easy conversion of a can light into a regular ceiling mounted light. They fit either 4″ or 6″ cans because of the sliding adjuster. I installed them in 4″ cans.HINTS: The instructions say you need to use the included self-tapping screws, which just didn’t work well, so I bought self-tapping screws from the hardware store which had a wider, flatter head, a much better tip for penetrating the wall of the can and weren’t as ridiculously long as the ones provided.
