Bent and broken parts, inadequate installation hardware, but looks great in the end. There is definitely some assembly required, which isn’t unreasonable – the packaging for an assembled unit would be problematic. Just know that it’s a bit of work.Three of the eight lightbulb sockets were bent, and two were bad enough that the plastic inside broke. (The sockets are plastic with a very thin metal skin.) And I’m not sure if all of the bends are supposed to be 90 degrees, but they definitely are not. I suppose that gives it a slightly more “organic” look…
