RV WHITE LED Awning Party Light w/Mounting Channel & Black PCB 12v Light (12′)
This is a Perfit PERFECT GLOW 12′ LED IP68 Full Waterproof RV Awning light kit w/ PC Mounting Channel for Permanent Installation. Like all of the products we sell they are used by the OEM’s and installed on brand new units everyday so they are tried and true… This kit is specifically designed for recreational vehicles, do not be fooled by the other sellers that sell the IP65 Crystal Resin “Waterproof” LED strip light with 3M. We have been down this path, it will not hold up to the elements. The OEM’s are using this Full Waterproof IP68 w/ Mounting channel in production units. This strip is covered in Crystal Resin like the IP65 but it’s also encased in another Silicone sleeve, this gives you double the protection from the elements. Then this LED strip is installed in the UV treated Polycarbonate mounting track/channel (The strip is held in place by it’s adhesive backing and compression by the channel) which is made right here in Elkhart, IN. w/ real commercial grade 3M adhesive tape.

Nice unit. Very well made. I like the plastic channel included for installation. Similar units from other manufacturers simply put double-adhesive tape on the back of an LED strip. BE CAREFUL though – this unit is ONLY white light – it is NOT a color-changing type of LED. I would have preferred this unit to be able to change the colors of the LEDs – amber for bug avoidance, some colors for neat mood lighting. I still kept the unit though as I was very…
