Installation instructions incomplete I think many have had the same problem I did–the track heads do not light if you do not install them properly, and the installation instructions fail to tell you that you need to hold the slip collar back before you place the head into the slot and keep it retracted until you have twisted the head 90 degrees to lock it in place.
